What makes HomeBridge different?
HomeBridge is a nonprofit in home care company. We strive to provide continuity of care while building strong client/caregiver relationships based on personality. HomeBridge trains caregivers onsite upon hiring and our office supports our staff to the highest of our ability to ensure we succeed expectations.
How does HomeBridge screen employees?
All staff are vetted through our onboarding process by drug testing, background checks, PPD testing, and drivers record checks. We then monitor annually to ensure we are doing all that we can to provide a safe and reliable caregiver.
Are there any extra costs?
The only extra charge to a client is mileage to be transported in a caregivers car or company vehicle.
What forms of payment does HomeBridge accept?
HomeBridge is a private pay in-home care company. We can bill Long Term Care policies for the client to be reimbursed if needed.
Does HomeBridge charge extra for weekends?
No, our hourly rates are one set price no matter when you use our services. The only time a rate will change is on National Holidays to which we charge time and a half.
